Insights Karate Academy's (IKA) class schedules are flexible and we offer customizable programs to fit just about any schedule or budget.

To provide a safe haven of positive energy and support for our student's mental and physical growth. To provide inspiration of personal excellence through our example as black belts both in and out of the karate school. Our Programs

Our children's Karate programs are age-appropriate and focus on positive reinforcement to help your child develop confidence in themselves. We also teach your child self-discipline, goal setting, focus, respect and so much more. Some parents are amazed at the almost overnight difference in their child especially in school.

 

Our adult classes are a great way to help you stay fit or loose weight in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The great thing about IKA Martial Arts classes is our adaptability to our students. We are able to help even those with physical injuries learn martial arts. At the same time we enjoy helping our students challenge themselves to be the best they can be and to reach their goals, whether its losing weight or learning self-defense.

 

Many of our students enjoy having a place to go after work to blow off steam and forget their troubles, at least for a little while.
